Climatec Engineering Ltd was established in 2017 by two colleagues that had specialised in the HVAC industry for over 25 years.

Paul Greensmith
Director
A time served mechanical installer who has worked in the HVAC mechanical industry for over 20 years in a variety of sectors ranging from chemical sites, steel works, foundries, retail, recreation, education and hospitality.
Paul Heads up the custom design and project management side of the business. He shares his wealth of experience and knowledge to develop the project mechanical side of the business.
Neil Gilsenan
Director
Neil began his engineering career in the merchant navy, working as a mechanical engineer onboard various container ships.
Back on land, his career took him into the refrigeration and air conditioning sector working for a few companies as a service engineer, reacting to various breakdowns and servicing jobs across a wide range of commercial sites. Fast forward a few years and Neil obtained his commercial gas qualification, allowing him to broaden his knowledge within the HVAC industry.
Laura Winter
Office Manager
Laura is our longest serving member of the administration team. Her role involves the day to day running of the business operations by assisting clients, staff in the office and also engineers in the field with any enquiries that require attention.
Jade Brown
Office Administrator
Jade works closely doing office admin and recruitment.
Antoni Maxwell
Supervisor
Antoni has a very varied skill set and is an extremely dedicated individual who is always working to assist our clients and ensure projects are delivered on time and to the clients satisfaction.
